To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are licensed for individual use only and must not be shared with other individuals. You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, or allow others to access the Platform through your account. Property Stepping Stone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, unauthorised sharing, or violation of these Terms. Only one active session may be used per account at a time. Logging into another browser or device may automatically terminate previous sessions.

All content made available through Property Stepping Stone, including but not limited to video lessons, templates, guides, documents, calculators, AI-generated reports, instructional materials, graphics, course frameworks, and platform design elements, is the intellectual property of Property Stepping Stone unless explicitly stated otherwise. All content is protected by UK and international copyright laws and intellectual property protections. Upon purchase you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own private learning purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, transmit, record, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from Property Stepping Stone. This includes screen recording video lessons, sharing templates publicly, distributing AI reports, or selling platform content. Unauthorised use may result in account termination, revocation of access without refund, and legal action where appropriate. “Property Stepping Stone”, its logos, course names, and platform branding are trademarks of Property Stepping Stone and may not be used without prior written permission. 

Users must interact respectfully with the Platform, its systems, support staff, and AI assistants. Abusive behaviour, harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, attempts to exploit the platform, or actions intended to disrupt services are strictly prohibited. Property Stepping Stone enforces a three-strike disciplinary policy: first violation results in a warning issued to the user account; second violation results in a temporary suspension of access for forty-eight hours; third violation results in permanent account termination. In cases of severe misconduct, Property Stepping Stone reserves the right to bypass the warning process and immediately terminate access without notice. Accounts terminated for misconduct are not eligible for refunds. 

Lifetime access refers to the operational lifetime of the Property Stepping Stone platform and product availability. Property Stepping Stone reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, update, or remove platform content, services, features, access methods, or products at any time.All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Property Stepping Stone does not store full credit card details on its servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise Property Stepping Stone and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the purchased product or service. Pricing for products may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed. 

Due to the nature of digital content, access to products is granted immediately after purchase. Under UK consumer law relating to digital goods, certain cancellation rights may be waived once digital content has been accessed. Property Stepping Stone offers refunds only under limited circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of purchase. Refunds may be granted only where the user has not substantially accessed or consumed the content. Substantial use includes completing more than ten percent of the course, downloading multiple digital resources, generating AI reports, or accessing a significant portion of protected content. Refunds will not be granted for change-of-mind purchases after content has been accessed, dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, accidental purchases made after logging into an account, or where personalised AI-generated reports have already been created. Platform activity including video progress, login history, AI report generation, and download logs may be used to assess refund eligibility. Refunds will not be granted once a user has completed more than 10% of course content, accessed downloadable resources/templates, generated AI reports, or significantly used the platform.

Some services provided through the Platform may include AI-assisted tools designed to generate personalised educational insights. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. These outputs may contain limitations or inaccuracies and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals. Once generated, AI reports are considered delivered digital content and are non-refundable. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or generalised assumptions and should not be relied upon as a substitute for regulated professional advice.

Property Stepping Stone collects and processes certain personal data in order to operate the Platform and deliver purchased services. This may include your name, email address, billing address, account login credentials, and limited technical information relating to platform usage. Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers and is not stored by Property Stepping Stone. Personal data is used solely for providing services, processing transactions, improving the platform, and responding to support enquiries. We do not sell or trade personal data. We may collect limited technical usage information, analytics data, cookie data, and information processed through third-party providers or platform integrations for operational, security, support, and platform improvement purposes. Property Stepping Stone does not guarantee mortgage approval, successful property purchases, financial outcomes, investment performance, transaction completion, or avoidance of financial loss.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
